He became the winningest player in the school's history recording 79 wins. During his senior year, he averaged 19.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 5 assists per game, leading the Spartans to a 25-1 record. He also led Homestead to a 25-1 record and they achieved a 22-0 record being undefeated that season. Throughout his high school career, Goode accumulated 1,480 points, ranking second in scoring. He also ranked first, fourth, and fourth in 3-pointers, rebounds, and assists, recording 232 3-pointers, 499 rebounds, and 293 assists. His contributions were vital during Illinois' run to the Elite Eight in 2024, where he averaged 5.7 points and 3.6 rebounds over 38 games that season. In his junior year, he was also named the Academic All-Big Ten and CSC Academic All-District honoree. Goode transferred to the Indiana Hoosiers for the 2024-25 season as a senior.
