She played at Arizona for two-and-a-half years, appearing in 66 games and scoring 337 points. During her sophomore 2022-2023 season, Conner competed in all 32 games, averaging 5.8 points per game with a shooting accuracy of 37.2% from the three-pointer range. She was the Wildcats' leader in three-point shooting percentage and was also one of the top three-point shooters in the Pac-12 Conference. Following her transfer to TCU, Conner broke numerous records during her junior season. She became the first player in NCAA history to score 52 three-pointers in the first 10 games of the season and concluded the season with 100 three-pointers, setting a TCU record. Conner earned a selection in the All-Big 12 Second Team and was the conference leader with 3.7 three-pointers per game. She recorded 41 points in a single game, becoming the second player in TCU history to achieve 40 points. Conner was third in the Big 12 with 19.2 points per game and second in the nation with the most three-pointers per game behind Caitlin Clark. Although she missed six games due to an injury, Conner scored over 20 points in 11 games and assisted TCU to a 14-4 record as a junior in 2024.
