March Madness, also known as the 68-team NCAA tournament, is a single-elimination tournament where both men's and women's participating teams compete for the NCAA title. The 68 teams are divided into four regions, with each region containing 16 to 18 teams. Following the First Four, the 68 teams are trimmed down to 64 who qualify for the First Round. After the first round of games, 32 teams book a place in the next round of the competition.
