Marcus Damask is a professional basketball player who previously plied his trade with the Illinois Fighting Illini in 2023. The 6-foot-6-inch power forward and shooting guard went undrafted at the 2024 NBA Draft. Damask signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Chicago Bulls in July but was waived off in October. Since then, he has been a free agent. He attended Waupun Area High School, where he concluded his high school career with almost 2300 points. He was also titled 2019 Mr. Basketball Wisconsin, after which he enrolled at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Following four seasons with the Southern Illinois Salukis, he entered the transfer portal and transferred to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2023-2024. In SIU history, Domask is one of just two players with 1,600 points, 500 rebounds, and 300 assists. He totaled 1,615 points, 564 rebounds, and 356 assists. He was a three-time Missouri Valley Conference selection. During his career with the Illinois Fighting Illini, he averaged 15.9 points, 3.5 assists, 5.2 rebounds, and an 87.2% free throw per game. Furthermore, he was chosen for the first-team All-MVC in 2023 and the first-team Academic All-American in 2023 and 2024.
