She was one of the five freshmen to be in the top-10 LSU list with the most points and assists. She scored 42 points in her fourth collegiate game, the most in a single game by a freshman in the history of LSU's NCAA reign. She had seven 20-plus point games and a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds against Louisiana Lafayette. She registered 10 games with four or more assists and a career-best of seven against Missouri. Williams held a streak of 30 consecutive free throws from November 12 to December 30. She was in double figures in all four of LSU's NCAA Tournament games.
