Mike Young, an American college basketball coach, enters his sixth season as the men’s basketball head coach of Virginia Tech Hokies. He spent 17 years as the head at Wofford before signing a five-year contract with the Hokies in 2019. Young's coaching journey began at Emory & Henry University, where he was a four-year letterman in basketball under coach Bob Johnson.
