Moussa Cisse is an American center playing his final collegiate basketball season with the Memphis Tigers. Cisse began his collegiate journey with the Memphis Tigers in 2020 when he averaged 6.6 points and 6.3 rebounds in his freshman season while starting all 28 games. Cisse was honored with AAC Freshman of the Year and AAC All-Freshman Team in 2021. He moved to Oklahoma State for the next two seasons and played his last season for the Ole Miss Tigers. The 6ft 11inch center played his best campaign as a sophomore when he averaged a career-high 7.2 points for the Cowboys. Last season for the Rebels, Cisse averaged 4.5 points and 4.6 rebounds in 26 games. He decided to return to Memphis for his final year of eligibility in 2024. As of February 2025, Cisse has tallied 5.8 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks in 28 games (via ESPN).

Before his collegiate career, Cisse played high school basketball for St. Benedict's Preparatory School. He was born in Conakry, Guinea, and moved to New York at the age of 14. He transferred to Christ the King Regional High School, where he led them to the Class 2A title game in 2019. During his junior year, Cisse moved to Lausanne Collegiate School in Memphis and led them to the Division II-A state title, according to the Ole Miss website.
