Hannah Hidalgo explains how the no-look assist to Olivia Miles unfolded

Hannah Hidalgo and her teammate Maddy Westbeld co-hosted a video breakdown of the astonishing play on Overtime's Instagram post.

The 5-foot-6 New Jersey native asked Olivia Miles, who was walking past the camera, if she knew the ball was coming her way. Miles replied that she did.

"As I was diving on the floor, I saw her through my peripheral vision," Hidalgo explained. "I knew she was running. I saw her hand like this. I was like, she's about to take off. So when I dove for her, I was like, this is going to get it wherever I put it, she's going to get the ball. It's kind of cool. It's kind of cool."

Hannah Hidalgo also asked Westbeld, who was on the bench, about her reaction to the pass. Westbeld simply replied by clapping in awe.

Hidalgo scored 30 points and added 8 assists in the Fighting Irish 80-70 overtime win over the Texas Longhorns in the ACC-SEC Challenge. She also contributed four assists and three steals.
