The Alabama basketball jerseys for the 2024-25 season are out. Nate Oats' team showcased new designs, giving a new look to the Crimson Tide's rich history, and revealed the jersey numbers for eight new players on Monday.

Alabama unveiled the new digits via its social media platforms.

Here's the list of all the players, their jersey numbers and positions,

  • 0, Labaron Philon | F
  • 1, Mark Sears | PG
  • 2, Aden Holloway | PG
  • 3, Latrell Wrightsell Jr. | SG
  • 4, Grant Nelson | PF
  • 8, Chris Youngblood | G
  • 10, Mo Dioubate | F

  • 15, Jarin Stevenson | F
  • 22, Aiden Sherrell | PF
  • 24, Naas Cunningham | SF

Latrell Wrightsell Jr, who returned to Alabama to play his final year of college basketball, is switching his jersey number from 12 to 3, which he used at Cal State Fullerton. Similarly, Grant Nelson will now wear No. 4 instead of No. 2.

The other three returners – Mo Dioubate, Mark Sears and Jarin Stevenson – will wear the same numbers as last season. Meanwhile, some newcomers got the same numbers they used in high school. Aiden Sherrell kept 22, Derrion Reid got 35 and Labaron Philon stayed with 0.

Cliff Omoruyi, a 6-foot-11 center, chose 11, the number he wore at Rutgers, while Aden Holloway switched from 1 at Auburn to his high school number, 2. Pepperdine Waves transfer Houston Mallette picked No. 95.

Nate Oats' Alabama potential starting five

Alabama made it into the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament last season. Coach Nate Oats, who seems intent on surpassing that achievement this season, has recruited multiple new players for the team.

Chris Youngblood, an AAC co-Player of the Year; Clifford Omoruy, a two-time Big Ten All-Defense; and Houston Mallette are among the few talents to join the Crimson Tide this season.

However, Oats' revamped roster is built upon the players from last season. Here is a predicted lineup for Alabama for the 2024-25 season.

  • Mark Sears, guard | 6-1, 185 pounds
  • Latrell Wrightsell Jr., shooting guard | 6-3, 190
  • Naas Cunningham, forward | 6-7, 180
  • Grant Nelson, forward | 6-11, 230
  • Cliff Omoruyi, center | 6-11, 240

Because of his recruitment of several new players, Oats has significantly strengthened the team's depth, and Alabama is among the favorites heading into the 2024-25 season.
