Carlos Boozer's son Cameron Boozer is one of the highest rated recruits in the class of 2025. Cameron, who won the Mr. Basketbal USA last year, plays in the AAU circuit for Team Nightrydas Elite.

On Thursday, Cameron Boozer posted a picture on his Instagram story showing a shiny, silver-colored chain encrusted with numerous small, clear gemstones, giving it an icy look. His team, Nightrydas Elite, gave him this custom jewelry as a special gift to celebrate his accomplishments.

"Best eybl program out there @nightrydaselite," Cameron captioned the image.

The 6-foot-9 power forward led Nightrydas to Nike EYBL Peach Jam glory this summer. He averaged 20.4 points, 10.1 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game in the tournament.

Boozer, a five-star prospect has eight scholarship offers, per 247Sports. He visited four schools last year and paid a second visit to his father's alma mater Duke a few weeks ago. He will enter his final year of high school this upcoming season at Christopher Columbus High in Westchester, Florida.

Despite being a 17-year-old teenager, Boozer's high school resume is already filled with impressive accolades.

Cameron Boozer's career achievements

  • 3x state champion
  • 3-peat Nike Peach Jam winner
  • 2x FIBA gold medalistt
  • 2x Florida Mr. Basketball
  • 2023 Mr. Basketball USA
  • 2023 Gatorade National Player of the Year
  • 2023 FIBA Under-16 Americas Championship MVP

Where will Cameron Boozer attend college?

Cameron Boozer is nearing the end of his high school career, and as such, the question of which school he will commit to has become a topic of interest among basketball fans.

Duke Blue Devils, where his father Carlos clinched the national championship, appear to be the top contender for his enrollment. Duke coach Jon Scheyer and his staff have been relentless in their pursuit of the young Boozer and visited Columbus High School to watch him play.

"It's difficult to imagine Cameron and Cayden Boozer spurring Duke, their famous father's alma mater, to stay home and attend Miami," Rivals Rob Cassidy said, "but there are people with their fingers on the pulse of the situation that insist it's not just a possibility, but an incredibly strong one."

Cameron Boozer visited Duke and Miami last fall, along with Florida and Kentucky. However, many believe the real competition is between the Blue Devils and the Hurricanes.

Jon Scheyer's team succeeded in landing this year's top recruit Cooper Flagg and could secure another elite level talent in Boozer.
