Caitlin Clark's boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, and Butler star Jack McCaffery showed love to their baby brother Patrick after the Bulldogs' freshman made an uplifting post on social media. The youngest McCaffery brother posted a series of photos from Butler's 78-74 loss to No. 11 UConn on Saturday on his Instagram page.

Patrick McCaffery wrote: "journey is never ending. story is far from finished. 🤞🏻"

McCaffery's caption was inspired by a line from "Lord Knows," a song by Canadian-born rapper Drake, whose net worth was estimated at $250 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. The line says:

"I haven't figured it out 'cause my story is far from finished."

Big brothers Connor and Jake support Patrick's post in the comments section.

Conner wrote, "Song 💯."
Jack wrote, "You feel the pressure man I know the pressure."

All three McCaffery brothers are the sons of legendary Iowa men's basketball coach Francis McCaffery. Apart from Connor, Jack and Patrick committed their collegiate basketball careers to Butler. Connor is an assistant coach of the Bulldogs after finishing his playing career in the 2022-23 season.

Caitlin Clark spotted at first-year assistant coach BF Connor McCaffery Butler's loss vs. UConn

Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark showed up inside the Hinkle Fieldhouse to support her boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, as Butler lost 78-74 to UConn on Saturday. McCaffery is in his first year as an assistant coach to the Bulldogs, after replacing Greg Oden, and watched as his youngest brother Patrick logged 17 points.

Clark, who wrapped her first season in the pro league with the WNBA Rookie of the Year honors, wore a light blue Butler cap as the Bulldogs fell to 7-6 on the season and 0-2 in Big East play.

However, the former Iowa college women's basketball star had her head down at some point in the game.

At least one fan assumed she was checking on the Chiefs-Texans game which was happening at the same time.

"She’s watching the chiefs game on her phone I bet," a fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

Clark is a longtime Chiefs fan and would be happy with the final score as the Chiefs won 27-19 despite Butler's loss on the same day. Meanwhile, Connor McCaffery and Butler will hope to end their dismal run as they return to the Big East action to host Villanova in the New Year.
