“Came for the barbeque chicken”: $8 million worth rapper strikes a pose with USC’s JuJu Watkins

JuJu Watkins, probably the next big star of the women's basketball universe, continues to shine on and off the court. Not long ago, she visited Roc Nation headquarters and earned a shoutout from the $2 billion net worth Jay-Z (according to Celebrity Net Worth). Now, she has stolen the spotlight again by posing with rapper Fabolous.

The $8 million worth rapper (per Celebrity Net Worth) met JuJu Watkins after the Trojans' game against Penn State at the Galen Center on Tuesday. He posted their picture together on Instagram.

"Came for the barbeque chicken," wrote Fabolous.

The post was further reposted by JuJu on her Instagram story with two hearts in the caption.

JuJu has been phenomenal this season and is looking to break many records. In the Big Ten showdown with Penn State, Watkins delivered a 35-point performance, securing 13-of-15 from the field and 2-of-3 from beyond the arc. She also made 7 out of 9 free throws and 11 rebounds as the Trojans won, 95-73.

The game was played amid the backdrop of Los Angeles wildfires which have scorched over 17,000 acres. It has caused a lot of devastation in the area, yet over 5,000 fans turned out to witness Watkins and her teammate Kiki Iriafen, who scored a total of 63 points together.

After the game, JuJu also met ex-Trojan player Cherie Nelson, whose 50-point record she broke last season. They are the only two Trojans to score 50+ points in a game.

The Penn State win was the 12th consecutive victory for the USC Trojans, who are now first in the Big Ten conference with an overall record of 16-1.

On her visit to the Roc Nation headquarters, JuJu Watkins gave out jerseys, magazines, and other USC merchandise to Jay-Z and his team. She couldn't meet Jay-Z in person but talked to him on FaceTime. The hip-hop mogul had good things to say about her on the call:

"You go hard. You got a tough game. You got game like a grown a** man."

She also met Jay-Z's friend, Emory Jones, who told her that she was his favorite player.
