“Can’t wait to move in with you guys”: Jada Gyamfi and Kylie Feuerbach react to Gabbie Marshall’s sweet post with BF Spencer Touro

Former Iowa Hawkeyes guard Gabbie Marshall marked her second anniversary with boyfriend Spencer Touro with a special post on Instagram on Monday. Sharing pictures of the two and their dog together, she wrote:

"2 years with my best friend 🤍 ♾️."

Marshall's former teammates showed their support in the comments, with Jada Gyamfi writing:

"Mom & Dad. Can't wait to move in with you guys!"

"Awwww," Kylie Feuerbach wrote.

Gabbie Marshall played five seasons with the Iowa Hawkeyes before retiring from playing in May. She was one of the core members of Iowa's starting five, leading the Hawkeyes to back-to-back-to-back conference championships and two NCAA championship games in a row. She averaged 6.6 points, 1.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.4 steals.

Marshall was the 3&D specialist, working alongside Caitlin Clark and Kate Martin, to lead the team on their historic runs.

Jada Gyamfi was especially close with the three players and at one point expressed her regret at forming lasting bonds with them as she missed them now.

"Gabbie's like we have the same exact personality," Gyamfi said on the "Talking Hawks with The VandeBergs" podcast in June. "It all just kind of meshed really well.

"And then, my freshman year, we got super close and then over the summer coming back and throughout this year, like it really fused into some really strong friendships. Now, I'm like, 'Why did I pick three seniors to be best friends with?'"

Jada Gyamfi once reacted to Gabbie Marshall's potential engagement with BF Spencer Touro

In August, Jada Gyamfi invited Kate Martin for her podcast, "Fresh Tawk." The two spoke about their bond and reminisced on times they played together.

At one point, when talking about Gabbie Marshall, Martin said:

"I wonder, oh, never mind, I don't even want to bring it up. I was gonna say, I wonder when they're gonna get, like, engaged and married."

Gyamfi replied: "I hope soon. I will scream and cry. I'll be a mess the day she calls me with that giant rock on her finger (imitates crying)."

Gabbie Marshall and Spencer Touro began dating during her senior year. He was the Iowa women's basketball manager and practice team player and graduated in 2023. He is currently a head sophomore baseball coach at Benton Community High School.

Meanwhile, Gabbie Marshall is pursuing her master's in occupational therapy at North Carolina.
