On Tuesday, Carmelo Anthony's ex-wife, La La Anthony, shared an Instagram story featuring a song by Grammy Award-winning singer H.E.R. La La, along with her family members, was vibing out to H.E.R.'s 2020 single, "Damage."
The "Unforgettable" actress recorded a family member dancing and lip-syncing to the lyrics as the song played on the TV.
"One of my all time fav songs ever @hermusicofficial," she captioned the story.
La La also recorded the singer on the TV screen as the song continued to play.
The song "Damage" was the second single from H.E.R.'s debut album "Back of My Mind." Released in October 2020, the song became a hit single for the singer, reaching no. 1 on the Billboard R&B radio chart in June 2021.
The song's lyrics chronicle a relationship that is becoming toxic and damaging to both people involved:

Proud mom La La Anthony flexes her son Kiyan Anthony's MVP accolade
Kiyan Anthony's mom, La La, cheered on her son's accomplishment on Sunday. Kiyan, a Syracuse Orange signee, received an MVP honor after helping his school, Long Island Lutheran, defeat Arizona Compass Prep 63–57 in this year's Hoophall Classic.
The 6-foot-5 basketball prodigy scored 17 points to guide his squad to the win. His mother, La La, could not contain her happiness as she celebrated Kiyan's MVP award on Instagram.
After the game, she posted an Instagram story to express her pride. On Monday, she uploaded a clip showcasing Kiyan's highlights from the game, his acceptance of the award trophy, and the family celebrating the milestone.
"MVP! Always so proud @kiyananthony," La La captioned the post.
After the Hoophall Classic win on Sunday, La La Anthony was in the stands on Monday to support Kiyan and his team as they faced La Lumiere School. The New York native once again delivered, scoring 16 points in the 68–55 victory for the Lutheran.
