Ace Flagg, a three star forward in the class of 2025, has received a handful of offers from several universities. In addition to Maine, he received scholarships from Bryant, West Virginia, George Washington, Florida Gulf Coast, and Saint Joseph's, per Sports Illustrated.
His brother Cooper Flagg, with whom he played at Montverde Academy, reclassified from 2025 to 2024 and committed to the Duke Blue Devils this summer. Ace will soon have his chance to make a decision.
For his final year of high school, Flagg was transferred to Greensboro Day School. He will be playing for veteran basketball coach Freddy Johnson at Greensboro, under whose coaching the program won 12 NCISAA 4A State Championships and one NCISAA 3A State Championship.
