Dawn Staley is viewed by many as one of the most successful coaches in women's basketball history. With a resume as big as hers, she added yet another accomplishment to that list.
Following No. 2 South Carolina's 83-52 victory over Missouri on Thursday, Staley reached 200 career wins in Southeastern Conference play. The Gamecocks' Instagram page highlighted the milestone win:
"Make that 200 wins in @sec play for @staley05," the post read.
It wouldn't take long for fans to react to Staley's latest accomplishment, praising her for bringing so much not only to South Carolina, but the game of women's basketball as well.

Dawn Staley and the No. 2 Gamecocks are on a roll in their quest to win a second consecutive national championship.
This season, they have a 13-1 record that includes an ongoing streak of eight straight victories. They are putting up 81.6 points on 46.4% shooting from the field and 34.4% from beyond the arc, blowing out opponents by a winning margin of 27.2 points per game.
They may not have an undisputed leading scorer, but they have a balanced offense that will allow anyone on the roster to have a significant showing. Te-Hina Paopao leads the way with 11.4 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game while Joyce Edwards and MiLaysia Fulwiley provide 10.9 and 10.6 ppg, respectively, as spark plugs off the bench.
