The LSU women's basketball team joined in LiAngelo Ball’s "I might swerve bend a corner, whooa..." trend that has hit social media. The trend came from his hit song, "Tweaker," and Tigers players like Flau'Jae Johnson and Aneesah Morrow are feeling it.

Even Kim Mulkey was not left out of the fun as an Instagram video that was posted on Sunday showed the legendary coach joining the trend with other LSU players and staff.

"Even Coach Mulkey got in on it 🤣🔥," the post was captioned.

Ball, a former NBA player, released "Tweaker" on Jan. 4, and the song went viral on social media, especially after his brothers Lonzo and LaMelo Ball began playing it in their locker rooms.

Flau'Jae Johnson and Aneesah Morrow land on Wooden Award watch list

LSU women’s basketball stars Flau'Jae Johnson and Aneesah Morrow were named to the midseason watch list for the Wooden Award. The annual award is given to the nation’s best college basketball player.

Johnson leads LSU and ranks fifth in the Southeastern Conference with 19.7 points per game, notching double-figures for 27 straight games since last season. The junior is the only SEC guard with multiple 20-point double-doubles this season. Johnson also has 6.1 rebounds per game.

The LSU star has always been vocal about her love for basketball, which enables her to express her competitive edge.

“I love the game, so I’m really energetic about it,” Johnson said, according to Sports Illustrated. “Like, I have fun, I’m laughing, smiling a lot. I get locked in, I get serious, but I try to just have a lot of fun and bring a lot of energy. I’m like an Energizer bunny.”

Morrow leads the nation with 16 double-doubles and 14.0 rpg. She also ranks sixth in the SEC with 18.1 ppg and 2.65 steals per game. The senior forward is the undisputed front-court leader, contributing shots from both ends of the floor.

For Morrow, her aim was to support her teammates, making them believe that they could depend on her to deliver.

"I always tell my teammates that I would want them to know they can depend on me to show up every night," she said in a postgame news conference.
"So, that's my mindset going into every game — that my teammates are going to be able to depend on me to score, and if not scoring then I have to do something else defensively, offensively, it could be guarding one of their best players or rebound or something."

Other names on the watch list include former LSU guard Hailey Van Lith, who now plays for TCU; UConn’s Paige Bueckers; and USC’s JuJu Watkins.
