Lauren Betts leads UCLA's balanced attack as Bruins preserve unbeaten record vs. Penn State
What makes the top-ranked UCLA Bruins so tough to beat this season is their depth. They showed that again in the win over Penn State, with eight players scoring at least six points for UCLA. Lauren Betts dominated the Lady Lions' defense with her eighth 20-point game this season. She got some help from Angela Dugalic, who recorded 11 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
Fellow starters Kiki Rice and Gabriela Jaquez each scored 10 points while Londynn Jones added nine points and three assists. Timea Gardiner provided the firepower off the bench, scoring eight points on 3-for-7 shooting.
