The Cavinder twins — Haley and Hanna — are gearing up for another thrilling season on the court. The Miami stars will play together in their final season of college basketball and are preparing for the same with rigorous training and workouts.
On Wednesday, the twin sisters shared a video on TikTok, where they're seen doing an intense squat as a part of their strength training workout.
"pushing 500 lbs, good luck finding your waist," the text on the clip read.
The Cavinder twins, also dubbed the " Queens of NIL," often share glimpses of their fitness and gym training routines on social media.
Last week, the duo posted another workout footage where they were busy lifting heavy weights and doing pull-up exercises alongside a piece of advice for fans in the caption:
"Take time to learn about properly fueling *your* body, instead of chasing fads or trends that ‘worked’ for someone else. Learn portion sizes. Plan ahead to beat decision fatigue. Go to bed a little earlier, wake up a little earlier. Order groceries. Find a meal prep approach that works for you."
Miami's Cavinder twins have a shared career journey, as they have been playing together for the same school. They spent three seasons at Fresno State before joining the Hurricanes in 2022.
Cavinder twins: Retirement and comeback
South Bend, Indiana, natives Haley and Hanna Cavinder shockingly announced their retirement from basketball after a season in Miami.
After leaving the sport, the Cavinder twins remained busy by working with different companies and exploring new opportunities. They signed a deal with WWE and trained at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, preparing for a potential wrestling career, but things didn't work out.
Eventually, in April, the twin sisters decided to give a final go to their basketball careers. Hanna Cavinder announced returning to play for Miami via a social media post.
"The past few months I have been itching to get back to the game that I thought I lost the passion for," Hanna said.
A day later, Haley said that she would join her sister Hanna at Miami.
"Being presented with the opportunity to play together one more time is something I cannot pass up. I am excited for this upcoming season and can't wait to play at the U," Haley Cavinder wrote.
The Cavinder Twins led Miami to the Elite Eight in the NCAA tournament last season but lost to Kim Mulkey's LSU.
