Hailey Van Lith stuffed the stat sheet on Sunday, leading No. 11 TCU to a 79-47 win over Brown in the Horned Frogs' final nonconference game of the 2024-25 women's college basketball season at the Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
The 5-foot-9 LSU transfer came up with 17 points, five rebounds, five assists and three steals in 31 minutes to spearhead TCU's offense.
Van Lith struggled from the field, making 7 of 18 shots, including 1 of 6 on 3-pointers, but it didn't matter as the Horned Frogs (13-1) pulled away in the second half to beat the Bears.
The Wenatchee, Washington, native had a good start, tallying six points, one rebound, one assist and one steal to give TCU a 17-14 edge in the first 10 minutes.
Van Lith made two points and one rebound in the second to come up with eight points, two rebounds, one assist and one steal, guiding the Horned Frogs to a 34-25 lead at halftime.
The guard piled the points in the third quarter, scoring six points to put TCU up 58-36 approaching the final period. She also recorded two rebounds, two assists and one steal in the quarter, where the Horned Frogs outscored the Bears 24-11.
Van Lith made her only 3-pointer in the fourth period, giving the Horned Frogs a 69-38 lead. The guard produced two assists and one steal before sitting out the game's final minutes.

On Sunday, TCU rolled to a 79-47 win over Brown (6-7) to conclude its nonconference slate and 2024 on a bright note. Hailey Van Lith and Madison Conner torched the Bears guards, combining for 31 points to lead the Horned Frogs, who improved to 10-0 at home.
Conner shot 4 of 8 from the 3-point line to continue her excellent season from way downtown. Van Lith, on the other hand, stepped up as a playmaker, leading the team to a wire-to-wire win.
Taylor Bigby contributed 11 points and center Sedona Prince added nine points, seven rebounds, two assists and three blocks for the Horned Frogs, who approach the Big 12 regular season as one of the favorites to win the conference title.
Agnes Emma-Nnopu hauled down 14 rebounds to go along with five points, one assist and one steal for TCU, which ruled the rebounding battle 54-28. The Horned Frogs' stingy defense limited Brown to 29.8% shooting and forced 11 turnovers.
Hailey Van Lith and TCU will open the New Year with a Big 12 clash against Colorado on Jan. 1 at the Schollmaier Arena.
