Hanna and Haley Cavinder are known to share their workout regimen with their fans on social media. With the upcoming holiday season and accompanying huge dinners, the twins offered fans a simple workout schedule to stay fit.

Sharing a video from their Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show during Miami Swim Week in June 2024, Hanna and Haley Cavinder wrote:

"Walking in to the new year not having to "start over" because you did our 25 Days of TWINMAS program to find accountability & consistency through the busiest time of the year all thanks to 45-min. Dumbbell only workouts you did at home, high protein holidays recipes, & the reminder that things don't need to be perfect in order to make progress."
"For the girls who want *simplicity* + *accountability* through the holidays… our 25 DAYS OF TWINMAS program is for you 🎅🎅🫶✨," the caption to the post read.

With their return to college basketball, Hanna and Haley Cavinder are required to stay on top of their fitness. They often share their meal plans and workouts with fans via Instagram and their fitness app, Twogether App.

In the past month, Hanna and Haley Cavinder have also opened up to fans about their struggles with weight and body image, encouraging them to think positively about themselves while also maintaining well-balanced meals.

Hanna and Haley Cavinder once revealed their struggles with eating disorders and their effects

In an interview with Fox News Sports, Hanna and Haley Cavinder shared that their eating disorder began during their time at Fresno State when they obsessed over their body, trying to be thin. This continued when they moved to Miami for their senior year.

"Going into Miami, obviously Haley and I were trying to prepare, trying to be the best we can at basketball," Hanna said. "Trying to fuel our bodies. If we do something, we’re going to do it 100%. There’s no in between.
"So, it’s extreme, right? That’s just kind of like how our minds work. "It started getting very toxic with, ‘We need to eat … a certain amount of calories a day,’" Hanna added. "But we’re burning so many calories. We’re not in-taking enough."

While Hanna Cavinder experienced severe hair loss, Haley was struggling with hormonal imbalance. Reaching out to a professional helped the twins gain their health back, and this is why they are open to fans about it.

"We want to help people, genuinely want to help people," Haley said. "So, feel free to reach out. Do not be afraid to talk to somebody and admit."
