“Ho*s mad”: Miami stars Cavinder twins fire major shots at haters with a unique dance video

Haley and Hanna Cavinder are calling out their haters with a new video on Instagram, dancing to the song "Ho*s Mad" by Famous Dex. The guards were decked out in their Miami uniforms, marking their official return to college basketball for the 2024-25 season.

The video also included a caption:

"They hating on us cuz they ain't us."

The Cavinder twins spent three years at Fresno State before transferring to Miami for their senior season. They led the Hurricanes on the historic run to Elite Eight and chose to focus on their business venture after the season. They were also reported to be in talks for a WWE debut.

Hanna Cavinder fires back at haters on social media

Being a public figure has become synonymous with being at the receiving end of unwarranted hatred. While Hanna Cavinder has been subject to it for long, the guard reached her limit recently and went off against trolls on TikTok.

"OK, I’m just gonna get this off my chest because this s--- just literally fires me up and annoys me so much about social media and society nowadays," she said.

"I don’t understand why viewers or fans or whatever it is get satisfaction of commenting on a person or athletes’ looks on social media — or roasting them and thinking it’s just OK to comment about what they look like, come at them, tear them down like these people aren’t human beings."

"It’s actually sickening nowadays how society can just, you know, we turn a blind eye to someone’s comments about what a person looks like online. And it’s just sickening that people all get satisfaction of humiliating someone about their looks," she said.

Previously, Hanna has pointed at social media and its negativity as one of the reasons why she decided to quit playing basketball after her senior season. However, watching her twin Haley prepare for her return inspired the guard to return to Miami.

This is not the only time that Hanna Cavinder has called out a troll as she also fired at someone implying that she was using her boyfriend, Georgia's Carson Beck, for her private jet travels. The guard was one of the first to capitalize on NIL when it was introduced in 2021 and was reported to earn $2 million at one point.

With the return to college basketball, the Cavinder twins are set to face more opportunities but will also be subject to nigglings from their haters.
