"I love you": Miami's Haley Cavinder shares romantic collage with Cowboys BF Jake Ferguson on his 26th birthday

Saturday was a special day for Haley Cavinder and Jake Ferguson as the couple celebrated the latter's 26th birthday. Haley commemorated the occasion with a heartwarming photo collage of the couple together.

Ferguson, who had a standout 2024 season with the Dallas Cowboys, making 59 catches for 494 yards in 14 games, cherished his time off as his girlfriend made his special day even more memorable. Cavinder shared a story post on Instagram, showcasing multiple photos of the couple together as they spent the night out. She can be seen wearing a leopard-print coat in all three pictures of the collage.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I love you & this life with you," Cavinder said to Ferguson.

Haley Cavinder's history with Jake Ferguson

October 2025 will mark three years since Haley Cavinder and Jake Ferguson started dating.

They first connected in June 2022 when Ferguson sent Cavinder a direct message on Instagram. At the time, Haley was residing in Fort Lauderdale, and Ferguson had a house in the same state.

Despite the logistics, they made it work and have been dating ever since. Even with Ferguson's added responsibilities as an NFL player, he still finds time to spend with Haley.

Cavinder has kept herself busy with the Miami Hurricanes women's basketball teamshowcasing herself as a dynamic scorer and playmaker. Halfway through her final collegiate season, she's averaging 17.7 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game, with shooting splits of 45.6% from the field and 23.9% from beyond the arc.

She is currently working to end Miami's five-game losing streak in ACC play, as they look for consistency to get back on track.

Haley Cavinder and the Hurricanes will face the Florida State Seminoles at the Donald Tucker Civic Center on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET.
