Miami basketball star, Hanna Cavinder, revealed a protein hack she eats on the road with her twin sister, Haley on social media. On Thursday, Cavinder posted a video on Instagram, showing how she prepares a quick protein oatmeal whenever she is traveling for a game or work.
"Ok, so we are on the road for a game. I wanna show you guys a protein hack I do all the time for breakfast. Protein oatmeal. Oh my God, you guys, chef's kiss," she said in the video.
Then Cavinder proceeded to show the protein oatmeal.
"We eat it every single day for our mornings. Honestly, most mornings it gets me out of the bed. So, I'm obssessed with it," she added. "But it's easier to do on the road as well because you can get this little travel packet, put it in the oat meal and mix it up just because it is a quick fix in the morning when you are traveling."
Cavinder also revealed taking the protein oatmeal keeps her consistent in healthy eating as she would not be tempted to get into bad habits eating food on the road.
