Lucy Olsen is quickly becoming a popular face at Iowa. After three incredible seasons at Villanova, she entered the transfer portal during the offseason, with the Hawkeyes bringing her into the fold as an ideal replacement for Caitlin Clark, who the Indiana Fever made the top pick in this year's draft.

Olsen has not only curried favor with the fans, but with her teammates as well. The talented guard, who missed the Hawkeyes' games in the Cancun Challenge against Rhode Island and BYU due to an injury, took to social media to share some Thanksgiving snaps from her trip to the Bahamas.

Recently, Olsen took a trip to the Bahamas with her family, friends and her boyfriend, Grayson Herr. Her post on Instagram featured a few snaps with them, including one in which she wore a two-piece. The post instantly garnered the attention of some of her teammates, including Kylie Feuerbach and Jada Gyamfi.

The duo were on point in showing love for their new teammate, taking to Instagram to leave kind comments under Olsen's post.

Iowa maintain perfect start without Lucy Olsen

Lucy Olsen was ruled out for the Hawkeyes ahead of the opening game of the Cancun Challenge due to a severe gash on her knee, which she suffered during a practice session ahead of their trip to Mexico. Per new head coach Jan Jensen, Olsen will be monitored on a game-by-game basis before deciding when she can return to the team.

Despite Olsen's absence, the Hawkeyes held their nerve against the Rhode Island Rams in their game on November 28, scoring a 69-62 victory. No. 22 Iowa then ended the Cancun Challenge on a high, scoring a dominant 68-48 victory over the BYU Cougars the next day. Hannah Stuelke led the team from the front, scoring 29 points across both games in Mexico.

They will look to keep their momentum in Brooklyn, when they face the Tennessee Volunteers in the Women's Champions Classic on December 7 at 7:00PM ET.
