Kiyan Anthony, son of NBA legend Carmelo Anthony and TV personality La La Anthony, showed fans a sneak peek of his luxurious lifestyle, courtesy of his parents. The youngster has also followed in his famous father's footsteps in basketball, becoming one of the top prospects in the Class of 2025.
In 2021, 14-year-old Kiyan gave a household tour during a chat with Ballislife. He showed off his room, which contained a PlayStation, family pictures, a picture of his dog and all his dad's No. 7 jerseys.
When asked to name his favorite arena where his dad played, he said:
"The Nuggets. I was young, so I couldn't really, I didn't really understand the game," he said. "But New York Knicks is where like, that's my favorite. Madison Square Garden, every game is like active, like packed seats, everything. ... It was all packed." (3:43)

In the same interview, Kiyan Anthony talked about the comparison between him and his dad, Carmelo Anthony's playing style. When asked what he thought about playing like his dad, Kiyan replied:
"I've been trying to. I watched his highlights, trying to master his game because, you know, nobody could guard him. So I'm trying to be like that. I try to do some of his moves, but it's tough. He's like he's so different." (4:16)
Kiyan began playing basketball at the age of seven. He played for Christ the King High School in Queens, New York as a junior before transferring to Long Island Lutheran High School (New York) in his senior year in 2023.
Kiyan also played for his father's AAU Team Melo and became ranked as one of the top shooting guards in the 2025 class. The four-star player is now committed to Syracuse University, where his dad won the national championship in 2003.
Kiyan signed his first NIL deal with PSD, an underwear brand, in 2023. He joined other athletes who signed a deal with the popular brand, such as Bronny James, Jimmy Butler, Trae Young and Marshawn Lynch.
