La La Anthony defends bond with Kiyan Anthony on TikTok
La La was in the spotlight for an adorable, but controversial reason. Photos from a trip to Japan with her son sparked online debate, with some followers questioning the closeness of the mother-son duo.
Despite being separated from NBA legend Carmelo Anthony, La La has remained an active and loving presence in Kiyan's life. The backlash didn’t sit well with many, including TikTok influencer Roxanne Davis, who fiercely defended La La in a viral video.
Davis, a mother of five, criticized those who judged La La's affectionate relationship with Kiyan, stating,
"That is her only son. How dare we tell parents how should they love on their children? Who gave you the degree to tell a mom how she's gonna love up on her son, how she's gonna hug her son?," Davis said.
La La acknowledged Davis' support, expressing her gratitude on TikTok:
"Thank u sis ❤️❤️ u said it right!"
Through it all, La La continues to stand by her son, embracing her role as a caring and loving mother.
