The Arkansas HC John Calipari's former Lexington house sold for $3.4 million to a married couple, Pascal and Brenda Mercurio, on June 27, as per the Herald-Leader.
The house was listed for $3.99 million and includes a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom of 9.612 square feet on two parcels. Calipari and his wife, Ellen, had bought the house in 2009 for $2.3 million.

The property also includes a gated driveway, a grand foyer with a staircase, large dining and living rooms with an open concept, a two-story stone fireplace and a chef's kitchen.
The primary bedroom includes dual bathrooms with a closet while the other three bedrooms, which are situated upstairs, include en suite bathrooms and large closets. The mansion includes other amenities, like a pool with a pool house, a three-car garage, a projection TV and a work-out room.
Now that John Calipari has moved on from Kentucky to Arkansas, he bought a new house in the area.

It seems like John Calipari's lucrative, five-year deal worth $7 million, which also includes a $1 million signing bonus, is doing a lot of good to the coach.
After becoming the coach of the Arkansas Razorbacks, it was revealed that he had invested in a luxurious property in the Clear Creek neighborhood for a reported $2.2 million.
His new residence has five bedrooms and oversees the 10th and 11th golf club fairways. The house was built in 2006 and was later remodeled by Goddard Design Group. With a space of 7,350 square feet, the house provides immense space for the coach and his wife to host parties and dinners.
One can see a basketball court with the infrastructure surrounded by tall, lush trees that give the house a cozy feel.
John Calipari's contract states that he will receive a retention bonus of $500,000. The contract also allows him to bag additional income depending on how the team fares in the NCAA championship tournament. However, it's worth noting that the extra income will be given based on the final position and appearance of the team in the tournament.
Therefore, with a former property being sold off and a new house bought by Calipari, he's ready to coach the Razorbacks squad in the upcoming season.
