Being the son of one of the NBA's greatest players means Kiyan Anthony has access to most luxuries in life. Besides his father's net worth, the high school senior also owns a clothing brand, onewayclothingny.
In June, Kiyan Anthony posted a photo dump on TikTok showing a $2838-worth Louis Vuitton stroller to the camera and a Tesla steering wheel. There were also pictures of him amongst heaps of clothes which seemed to be in the process of being packed.
Kiyan Anthony also has endorsement deals with fashion brands. In September 2023, he signed a NIL deal with PSD, the leading premium underwear brand. Other athletes on the brand's roster include Bronny James, Jimmy Butler, Trae Young, and Marshawn Lynch.
“I feel like I’ve always been fashionable,” Anthony said (via The Springfield Student). “[I’m] just trying to express myself with all the clothing brands I like and putting outfits together. It’s a big part of your name and image, and I feel like that plays a part especially being in front of cameras.”
After his incredible performances in circuit basketball, fans are eager to see more of him. He will play his final high school season starting fall. Before that, Anthony also has to choose his college program for next year.
Kiyan Anthony has shortlisted his choices to the top six schools, which include Syracuse, his father's former team, along with Rutgers, Auburn, Ohio State, Florida State and USC.
College basketball insider predicts Kiyan Anthony's college destination
Ever since he announced his potential choices, fans have speculated that Kiyan Anthony will likely choose Syracuse. College hoops insider Adam Finkelstein also shared similar thoughts.
"The favorite has to be Syracuse, right? We're talking about a dude whose dad is a legend, won the championship there, and his name is on the building that they practice in. ... I think him ending up anywhere other than Syracuse school will be one of the bigger surprises we've ever seen." [H/T 247Sports]
For his part, Kiyan Anthony, while acknowledging his father's legacy, has also been open about choosing a school that best fits him.
“I’m looking for good coaching, and I want to play for a good team," he said (via Sea of Blue). "I want to win. I feel like all the schools that I am talking to have a winning culture. I’ll want to go somewhere that is family-oriented too.”
