Iowa Hawkeyes guard Kylie Feuerbach added another skill to her resume as she joined the commentary box for the Chicago White Sox vs. Toronto Blue Jays game on Sunday.

Feuerbach posted photos from the day to her Instagram with the caption:

"Thank you @whitesox for another amazing opportunity. Go Sox!!!👏"

Kylie Feuerbach was one of the twelve student-athletes who signed an NIL deal with the White Sox in April. The only other basketball player on the list is former Indiana State player and 2024 NIT sensation, Robbie Avila. It also includes Pat Coogan of Notre Dame Men’s football and Malik Elzy Illinois of Men’s football.

Kylie Feuerbach opens up about playing alongside Caitlin Clark

During an interview with Scott Merkin for his White Sox Beat newsletter, Kylie Feuerbach spoke about playing with Caitlin Clark. Both guards joined the Hawkeyes in 2020, though Feuerbach missed the 2022-23 season with a torn ACL in her right knee.

“It’s been literally amazing. She’s the kind of player who makes every player around her better," Feuerbach said (via MLB.com). "She has paved the way within Iowa women’s basketball, within the basketball world, anything you can think of. She’s a generational talent and the GOAT. So, getting to play with her has been pretty awesome.”
“If you talk to her, you would never even think she has the status that she does. She’s very, very cool and collected and she’s fun to be around,” Feuerbach added. “She’s awesome. She’s been great."

After missing the historic 2023 NCAA Tournament run, Kylie Feuerbach joined her team this year as she averaged 2.6 points and 1.3 rebounds. Speaking on her return to the court, the guard said:

“This year was just as special, for sure, and it was nice to be able to get on the court and be playing. Getting the experience last year, going into it this year we knew what to expect – there’s just a lot going on all the time during the tournament – and I think that helped us a lot."
“I would honestly say that I was a little more composed this year because I knew I was going to be playing. My nerves were a little more controlled. Last year, as basically just a spectator, you get more wrapped up into the game and take things more seriously because you’re really able to get into it and see everything. I really think it was cool to see both sides of it the last two years.”

Feuerbach graduated with a bachelor's degree in business this spring and plans to pursue her master's in strategic communications. She has two more years of college eligibility.
