Miami's Cavinder twins, Haley and Hanna, are both accomplished basketball players. Off the court, the Cavinders are known for their strong social media presence and on Wednesday, they celebrated their Miami teammate Cameron Williams’ 23rd birthday.
The twins along with other team members went to Papi Steak for the celebration, and they captured videos and pictures of the celebration in an Instagram story.
They even tagged the restaurant on the story, where they shared glimpses of the birthday festivities with Williams and other friends.
Williams is a standout player herself and the recipient of Michigan's Big Ten Sportsmanship Award. She has established her value on Miami’s team, appearing in 34 games last season. She had a shooting percentage of 54.8% and averaged 7.5 points per game, tallying two double-doubles for the season. She also led her team with 18 points in the NCAA Tournament game against Kansas.
The Cavinder twins have made waves in maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Beyond their on-court journey, the Cavinder twins share their health and wellness tips, especially timely as the holiday season approaches. In an Instagram Reel, the 22-year-olds provided followers with “low-calorie” holiday coffee hacks. They openly shared that they try not to “drink a lot of calories.”
In the video, both twins sported workout attire. Hanna opted for a chestnut praline low-calorie option, while Haley, who has a nut allergy, chose a caramel brulee flavor. Each coffee comes in at around 80 calories.
In addition to health tips, Haley and Hanna expanded their impact through a wellness app called "Twogether." It focuses on nutrition and fitness guidance for users. They provided their coffee recipes in the Instagram caption, inviting followers to customize their drinks by adding flavors like gingerbread or sugar cookie syrups.
Despite the sunny Miami weather, the twins captured the holiday spirit in the video, complete with the song “Last Christmas” by Wham! playing in the background. Haley wrapped up the video by wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere while still embracing the twins’ lifestyle-focused brand.
Since the name, image, and likeness (NIL) policy was introduced, allowing college athletes to profit from their brands, the Cavinders have been among the most successful. They were quick to sign NIL deals and capitalize on the policy change, posting content on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
