UConn star Paige Bueckers and her former teammate, Nika Muhl, have a strong friendship that is not ignored by the world. The two, along with Aaliyah Edwards, are famous for their trio friendship. Despite Nika and Aaliyah's transition to the WNBA, Bueckers takes time out of her busy schedule to meet them.

Muhl and Bueckers were spotted by a fan at a thrift market. The two friends wore black tops and smiled for selfies with the fan.

The fan, whose name is Lauren, captioned the images:

"weirdly, meeting paige bueckers and nika muhl while thrifting wasn't on my 2024 bingo card."

After her former teammates' departure to the WNBA, Bueckers said all the responsibility had fallen on her.

Paige Bueckers and Nika Muhl's friendship has been a popular sight in college basketball. The duo played for the UConn Huskies for four years and were stars on the team considered one of the powerhouses in women's college basketball.

When Muhl was playing against the Chicago Sky, Bueckers showed up to support her friend/former teammate.

Paige expressed how proud she was of Nika playing for the Seattle Storm:

"I'm taking a west coast trip. I'm done with summer workouts and just decided to come visit my twin. So, I'm excited to be here," Bueckers said. "It's crazy, super surreal. Just to watch her live out her dreams and just to know that a few months ago we were basically living together. So, it's definitely surreal and I'm super proud of her."

Muhl is still facing issues with her playing time. Throughout her first 10 games, she has only recorded 30 minutes of court time. Nonetheless, UConn star Buekers will continue to support her friend in her new journey.
