The Miami Hurricanes' Cavinder twins announced in April that they would return for their final year of NCAA basketball. Hanna and Haley Cavinder took a break from the hoops world for a year to focus on building their personal brands.
Before the college basketball season starts in November, Hanna and Haley are enjoying their lives with friends and their partners. The twins posted a series of pictures on their joint Instagram account with the caption:
"on this months episode"
The pictures had the duo enjoying each other's company while practicing at the Hurricanes' basketball facility. From attending the Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit in a glamourous outfit to clicking mirror selfies, Hanna and Haley had a lot of fun in September.
Haley Cavinder was also seen walking hand-in-hand with her boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys TE Jake Ferguson. They also shared a romantic dinner as per the video clip in the post.
Hanna is dating the Georgia Bulldogs QB, Carson Beck, but his pictures were not in the photo dump.
Cavinder twins share their daily diet routine via TikTok
The twins recently shared a clip of what they eat in a day as a D1 athlete during the college basketball training. Haley started her day by drinking coffee and eating protein oatmeal topped with blueberries.
Then for lunch, she ate sourdough toast, protein BBQ mac and cheese, and caramel rice crispies. For dinner, the sisters enjoyed healthy homemade nachos and protein ice cream.
"food is fuel🥗🌯," was the caption of the video.
The Cavinder twins helped the Miami Hurricanes reach the 2023 Elite Eight tournament but fell against the Angel Reese-led LSU Tigers.
Haley earned second-team All-ACC honors in the 2022-2023 season and averaged 12.2 points and 4.9 rebounds per game. But her sister's performance fell as she averaged 3.8 points per game. The duo will be back for one last time in the 2024 college basketball season.
