Miami’s Cavinder twins, Haley and Hanna, shared glimpses into their daily nutrition, offering fans an inside look at the meals that fuel their athletic performance.
In an Instagram post on Friday, the twins posted a series of photos detailing their dietary choices:

Miami and Cavinder twins unable to prevent second straight loss
The Miami Hurricanes faced a challenging matchup against the Louisville Cardinals on Friday, resulting in a 74-56 loss. This defeat marked Miami's second consecutive loss, bringing its season record to 11-3.
Haley Cavinder led the Hurricanes with a team-high 19 points and six rebounds, while Hanna contributed five points. Louisville's Cameron Williams scored 12 points on 6-of-11 shooting with a team-high nine rebounds.
The game began with Miami taking an early 2-0 lead. However, Louisville quickly responded with a 7-0 run. By the end of the first quarter, the Hurricanes trailed 23-14.
The Cardinals entered the final period with a 65-40 advantage. Despite efforts to rally, the Hurricanes were unable to mount a comeback, resulting in the 74-56 final score.
This loss follows a 69-60 defeat to the No. 17 North Carolina Tar Heels on Dec. 29, where Haley Cavinder led the Hurricanes with a double-double (19 pts, 11 reb) performance.
Looking ahead, Miami returns home to Watsco Center to host the Virginia Tech Hokies on Sunday. The Hurricanes will seek to leverage home-court advantage to break their losing streak and improve their standing in ACC play.
