Hanna and Haley Cavinder, aka the Cavinder Twins, have embraced the holiday season in wholesome fashion. While they have motivated their fans to stay fit through various social media reels, they have also ensured they spend quality time with their family.
On Tuesday, the Cavinder Twins took to Instagram to lift the holiday spirits of their over 340,000 followers. They shared pictures from a special night out with their family, whom they call the "dream team."
A few snaps from Hanna and Haley Cavinder's latest post featured the twins enjoying some moments with their two elder sisters, Brooke and Brandi, as well as their youngest sister, Natalie.
A picture also showed them enjoying an exquisite dinner at Salt7, a high-profile restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, along with their parents, Tom and Katie Cavinder. One of the snaps in the Cavinder Twins' post also featured the sisters enjoying working out in the gym. Hanna and Haley also took some selfies with their siblings.
Just 24 hours ago, the Cavinder twins surprised their parents with their Christmas present: a stunning black golf cart. Besides spreading the holiday cheer, they also started a "25 Days of Twinmas" program at the beginning of December, which comprises home-friendly workouts and special high-protein recipes to ensure their fans can maintain their fitness during the holiday season.
Hanna and Haley Cavinder impress in return to college basketball
After leading the Miami Hurricanes to the Elite Eight, the best-ever finish in program history, in the 2022-23 season, Hanna and Haley Cavinder retired from women's college basketball. Last October, Haley opted to return to college basketball, committing to TCU for the 2024-25 season.
In April, Hanna followed her twin sister's lead and opted to play out her final season of eligibility with Miami, which prompted Haley to decommit from TCU and join her at Coral Gables. This season, they have been influential in the Hurricanes' strong start, powering them to 11 wins in their opening 12 games.
Haley Cavinder, in particular, has been a key figure in the Hurricanes' starting five, averaging 18.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game. Meanwhile, Hanna, who has played three fewer minutes than her twin sister this season, has averaged 7.8 ppg, 3.2 rpg and 4.5 apg.
