JuJu Watkins has established herself as one of the biggest names in women's college basketball. With her popularity rising, she has secured several NIL deals, with her most recent collaboration involving an energy drink company boasting a net worth of $6.22 billion.

On Saturday, Watkins announced her partnership with the energy drink company Celsius via an Instagram post. With just three words, she expressed her excitement about this new collaboration.

"Feeling the energy," Watkins said in the caption.

How JuJu Watkins, USC played against Michigan

JuJu Watkins and the No. 4 USC Trojans returned from the Christmas break with a home matchup against the Michigan Wolverines. They performed well on both ends of the court, coasting to a 78-58 victory.

Watkins showcased her dominance with a game-high 31 points while providing seven assists and five rebounds. She shot 8-of-19 from the field and 2-of-7 from beyond the arc.

The Trojans were active on defense, limiting the Wolverines to 33% shooting overall and 35% from downtown. Their relentless pressure forced Michigan into committing 23 turnovers, while the Trojans themselves racked up 18 combined steals and blocks. This dominant display paved the way for a comprehensive victory for the home side.

Watkins has been a star for USC throughout the season, averaging 25.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 2.4 steals and 2.1 blocks. As one of the best scorers in the country, she is shooting 45.9% from the field and 35.8% from beyond the arc .

With this victory, USC improved to 12-1 on the season and are currently riding an eight-game winning streak. They are lighting up the nets with 84.5 points per game on shooting splits of 47.1% overall and 33% from downtown, dominating opponents by an average of 32 points per game.

Their assertiveness on the glass and defense is also noteworthy. They grab 43.2 rebounds per game, out-rebounding their opponents by a convincing margin of 11.7. Additionally, they force teams to commit 21.9 turnovers per game, creating opportunities to score 27.2 points off those turnovers.

With all their games in 2024 now complete, JuJu Watkins and the No. 4 Trojans can look forward to 2025 with a matchup against Nebraska at the Galen Center on New Year's Day at 3 p.m. ET.
