Throughout nonconference play, Flau'jae Johnson has shown women's college basketball fans why she should be seen as one of the best in the sport.
Johnson is averaging 20.5 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.0 blocks per game. She is shooting 51.3%, including 39.7% from beyond the arc, using high-quality shot selection to give her team an advantage on offense.
She has been successful in reaching double-digits in scoring, having 20 or more points in four of the seven games the team played in December. In that stretch, she put up 18.4 ppg on shooting splits of 47.6% overall and 40% from downtown.
Her efforts have allowed the Tigers to have a strong offense, putting up 92.6 ppg that allows the team to dominate opponents by a whopping margin of 33.3 ppg.
They overwhelm teams not only on the glass but with their ball movement as well. They grab 50.3 rpg, 17.6 more than their opponents, while creating 16.8 apg.
The Razorbacks average 73.2 ppg on 41.0% shooting (31.8% from 3-point range). They possess the best scorer in the SEC with Izzy Higginbottom, who lights up the nets with a stat line of 23.6 ppg while having 4.1 apg, 4.1 rpg and 1.2 spg in the process.
