The Cavinder twins will be eligible to enter the 2025 WNBA draft
Hanna and Haley Cavinder have grown to be two of the biggest names in the women’s college basketball space and are eligible to make the WNBA leap. They are ranked in the top 5 in the NIL leaderboard in the sport, trailing only Paige Bueckers and Falu’jae Johnson.
According to WNBA draft eligibility rules, a player must be, at least, 22 years old to be considered for the big league. The Cavinder twins will turn 24 on Jan. 13, 2025. However, unlike players like Hailey Van Lith or Paige Bueckers, their future in the league is currently uncertain as the sisters are yet to declare their future plans.
The Cavinder twins have cultivated a promising modeling and entrepreneurial career in recent years, which has drawn their long-term interests away from the hardwood. They also hung up their jerseys after the 2022–23 season before making a comeback this season.
