The Bronny James news continues to drop as the 2024 NBA draft creeps closer. In a video posted to the NBA on ESPN's YouTube account titled "Bronny James: My Scouting Report | 2024 NBA Draft," we see James explain how he views himself as a basketball player.

His self-scouting report gives the full 94 feet of the court, giving a glimpse of a player who has a high basketball IQ and can knock down shots.

Below is the video in its entirety as he continues to briefly explain his recovery from cardiac arrest last July and more of his personality.

Bronny James measured shorter than expected at the NBA scouting combine, going 6-foot-1.5 and 210 pounds. However, his numbers were impressive during the combine and helped elevate him from more than what people saw of him coming off the bench and struggling with the USC Trojans.

Bronny James 2024 NBA Mock Draft

The Bronny James news coming out of mock drafts is intriguing, to say the least. While several publications release their own version of a mock draft ahead of Wednesday's actual draft, there seemingly is a consensus about where the USC freshman guard will wind up: the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Los Angeles Lakers hold the 55th selection in the 2024 NBA draft, and if Bronny James were to be drafted, toward the end of the second round seemingly is the most likely scenario.

With his father, LeBron James, expected to return to the Lakers after becoming an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season, this would be a chance for the Lakers' brass to have another media opportunity with the James family.

Not to mention that Bronny James has showcased his ability to be selected with his performance during the draft combine. His agent Rich Paul may have been throwing up smoke screens by saying other teams are interested despite only working out for the Phoenix Suns and the Los Angeles Lakers, but the 55th pick is the likeliest scenario for Bronny James to begin his NBA career.
