The four-time national champion coach attended Reese's WNBA game on June 7 as the Chicago Sky took on the Washington Mystics.

Reese had a stellar performance, scoring 16 points, grabbing 11 rebound, and providing three assists in a 79-71 win for Chicago. Mulkey uploaded a picture taken with her former players Reese and DiDi Richards from the game.

"First night in D.C. did not disappoint! There’s nothing better than watching people you care about live out their dreams. Proud Coach!" Mulkey wrote on Instagram.

Reese, a six-foot-three forward, joined the Tigers in 2022. She spent two seasons at Maryland before considering a move to Mulkey' team.

After entering the transfer portal, she received many offers, but Reese mentioned that she decided to move to Baton Rouge because of coach Mulkey and her owb wish to be part of a winning team.
