LSU star Flau'Jae Johnson is enjoying a strong season in college women's basketball. However, she has shown that she is not above learning and evolving her skills.

The 5-foot-10 guard was the star in the No. 5 Tigers' 131-44 win against North Carolina Central where she posted 22 points to lead LSU to 9-0. In one of her runs, Johnson scored with a move that has been credited to NBA star LaMelo Ball. Joe Schwartz and Johnson posted a video on it on Instagram.

"Flau'Jae taking one from Melos bag," the video was posted.

Ball plays for the Charlotte Hornets where he has averaged a career-high 31.1 points to go with 6.9 assists and 5.4 rebounds per game this season. This makes him the second-highest scorer this season, per ESPN. However, he will be on the sidelines for the next two weeks due to a left calf strain he sustained in the Hornets' Wednesday 98-94 loss to the Miami Heat.

Flau'Jae Johnson leads LSU's demolition of NC Central

Flau'Jae Johnson led LSU to dismantle NC Central on Sunday. Johnson recorded 22 points on 8-of-4 shooting, four blocks and one steal in 21 minutes of action.

The junior guard scored the Tigers’ first nine points in the second quarter as LSU exploded to finish the quarter with a 63-18 halftime lead.

The Tigers outscored the Eagles by 42 points in the third and fourth quarters. Aside from Johnson, eight LSU players registered double digits in the game.

Aneesah Morrow booked her eighth double-double of the season with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Kailyn Gilbert put up 19, Sa’Myah Smith 13, Last-Tear Poa 12 and Mikaylah Williams, Jersey Wolfenbarger and Jada Richard 10 each.

Meanwhile, LSU's dominant win put coach Kim Mulkey in the record books as the fastest in the program's history to reach the 100-win milestone.

"Throughout my career I've been blessed to coach players who believe in our system and believe in what we do,” Coach Mulkey said per Sports Illustrated. “Coming to LSU is not any different than when I was at Baylor for 20-plus years. The kids have to believe in you, they have to let you coach them, and all of those wins belong to them.”

Next, LSU is home on Thursday to play against unranked Stanford.
