Miami’s Haley Cavinder and NFL beau Jake Ferguson take part in viral 'Upside Down' trend 

Haley Cavinder and Jake Ferguson often post on social media, taking part in viral couple trends. On Friday, Cavinder uploaded an Instagram reel of herself and Ferguson participating in the popular "Upside Down" trend inspired by singer Jack Johnson's song of the same name.

"I love this trend #bf #boyfriend," Cavinder wrote in the caption.

In September, the two celebrated their first anniversary and shared romantic pictures on Instagram.

"A year with my Shorty! Life with you is so much better. Would headbutt anyone for you," Ferguson wrote.

Cavinder and Ferguson made their relationship on Instagram official in October 2023. In September of that year, the Hurricanes player and her twin sister Hanna attended a Dallas vs. New York Giants game, which started speculation about their relationship.

Jake Ferguson seemingly got Haley Cavinder's name tattooed

Jake Ferguson and Haley Cavinder have been dating each other since October 2023 and have shared several moments from the trips they took. Cavinder is also a regular sight at the Dallas Cowboys games.

In September, the Miami player uploaded a TikTok video of Ferguson showing off a tiny tattoo he got of his girlfriend's name on the ring finger of his right hand. Cavinder lip-synced to Beyonce's "Sweety Dreams" while pulling Ferguson into the screen.

Haley and her twin sister Hanna Cavinder have returned to college basketball and will play for the Miami Hurricanes after taking a year-long hiatus from the hardwood floor. The sisters posted several images and videos of their uniforms from media days with their fans on social media.

Hanna and Haley opted for their fifth and final year of college sports eligibility and were crucial in helping Miami qualify for the 2023 NCAAW championship tournament. The team reached the Elite Eight round but was defeated by Kim Mullkey's LSU Lady Tigers.

The Cavinder sisters are named the team's captains along with Natalija Marshall and Jasmyne Roberts. The twins will aim to help the Hurricanes qualify for the 2025 NCAAW tournament.
