In the first few minutes of the Miami Hurricanes' November 22 game against the Campbell Fighting Camels, fifth-year guard Haley Cavinder crossed up her defender, Jessica Woods. This caused her to fall while Cavinder stepped out for the top-of-the-key three.

When the highlight was posted to Instagram by @sportscenter, twin sister Hanna had something to say about the ankle-breaker.

"Did she step on her foot??? Need to know…," she wrote in the comment section.

Haley Cavinder recorded 15 points, along with seven rebounds, five assists, and two steals in the game. She finished second in team scoring as the Hurricanes won 71-66 against the Fighting Camels.

Hanna Cavinder, on the other hand, had five points and a rebound as Miami moved up the Atlantic Coast Conference after their fifth consecutive victory. Their next game will be on November 30 against the 3-3 Charlotte 49ers.

Hanna and Haley Cavinder are vying to finish their college careers on a high note

The 23-year-old twins are soaking in their last stints as college athletes as the duo is going through their fifth and final seasons. This campaign, Haley Cavinder is leading the team with 15.4 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game while Hanna is posting 7.8 points and 4.0 assists and 2.8 boards a contest.

Last season, the Miami Hurricanes finished with an 8-10 conference record, going 19-12 overall, unable to make the NCAA Tournament. The 2022-2023 campaign saw the twins help Miami reach its first-ever Elite Eight appearance.

With a 5-0 start, the Cavinder's are vying to turn the tide this season. The Cavinder twins originally planned to not play out their final year of college as they were set to grow their off-court careers with TikTok and the WWE.

However, earlier this year, Hanna announced that she would be finishing her fifth year of college eligibility and Haley quickly followed suit. In her X post, Hanna said:

"The past few months I have been itching to get back to the game that I thought I lost the passion for. With that being said, I am returning for one more szn."

Haley Cavinder then followed it up with her own post, writing:

"Given the news yesterday that my sister was returning to play ball at Miami and after careful consideration and thought, I've decided to return to the University of Miami and play with Hanna for our final and 5th year."

With whatever path the Cavinder twins choose post-college, the two will likely walk it together.
