While LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne may have 'rizzed up' Baby Gronk in 2023, it seems like the football sensation is now trying to return the favor. On Tuesday, Dunne shared the trailer for Amazon's six-part docuseries, 'The Money Games', on her Instagram profile.
The $4 million NIL-valued (per On3) Dunne is one of the LSU student-athletes included in the documentary. The series explores the impact of the new Name, Likeness and Image rules on the Tigers program. The video opened with the gymnast saying:
"On July 1st, 2021, the NIL rule changed. And that's the day my life changed."
Baby Gronk, nicknamed after Rob Gronkowski, took to the comments to shoot his shot, writing:
"MY LIFE CHANGED WHEN I MET YOU."
Baby Gronk, aka Madden San Miguel, is an 11-year-old football sensation who took over social media with his incredible skills. In March 2023, Miguel met Olivia Dunne at Louisiana State University and even shared a hug. This was shared on his YouTube and social media accounts.
A few months later, TikTok user Henry De Tolla shared the video on his account and said:
“Livvy just convinced Baby Gronk to commit to LSU. ... Livvy rizzed him up.”
The commentary by De Tolla quickly went viral on TikTok and other platforms, giving rise to the 'rizz' allegations. Baby Gronk is still a student in middle school but is reported to have received offers from many schools.
Baby Gronk's father lays down his future plans with NFL and social media
Despite his young age, Baby Gronk is quite popular on social media. One scroll through his account shows the young star exhibiting his skills to his 554,000 followers on Instagram. He also has 372,000 subscribers on YouTube.
With all this at only 12 years old, many are left wondering if his plan involves the NFL. His father, Jake San Miguel, shared his roadmap for his son with The Athletic.
"His goal is to go to the NFL. But the NFL is rare," Miguel said. "It’s hard to make. So my goal is to build him a platform and a following where he is making money now and it’s going into a savings account. Just keep stacking up, being a part of companies, this and that.
"By the time he’s a senior in high school, he’s a millionaire and above and he’s well taken care of. That way, he can live a good life without struggle or worry. It’s the insurance behind sports. You don’t have to go pro anymore. Like Livvy Dunne, she’s set for life already because of the internet."
While Baby Gronk continues to tear it up on the field, Olivia Dunne will be returning to LSU for her fifth and final college season in 2025.
