Iowa women's basketball star, Kylie Feuerbach, revealed her love for books in a latest post on TikTok. The Hawkeyes senior talked about the three books she read in December and rated them in a video posted on Friday.
Feuerbach revealed she was convinced by her Iowa teammates to read the first book, Alex Michaelides' The Silent Patient. She rated the book 3.5 to 4 over 5 stars.
"The first book is The Silent Patient. Shout out to my teammates who convinced me to read it," Feuerbach said. "It obviously got me back into reading, so it has a special place in my heart."
Then, she went ahead to make her personal review of the book, saying:
"But honestly, the ending I did it see coming before, like everything was put together. It's probably because I already knew and had been told there was a huge plot twist, so I was trying to figure out everything. So I kind of saw it coming, but at the same time, it so was an interesting ending."
Kylie Feuerbach rated the second book, Verity by Colleen Hoover, 4 or 4.5 out of 5 stars because she did not expect the ending and she loved manuscripts. The Iowa guard was especially enthralled by the third book, The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah, which she rated over 5 stars because the book "literally was amazing."
