Geno Auriemma has won a lot throughout his time as coach of UConn, but never allowed the success to get to his head. This garnered praise from a college sports analyst.

Auriemma is the record holder for most wins (1,232) and highest winning percentage (.883) among college coaches with a minimum of 10 seasons at any level, men's or women's. He also has an excellent record of 137-24 in NCAA tournaments, having won 11 national championships and made 23 Final Four appearances.

On Sunday, Robin Lundberg uploaded a video on "The Robin Lundberg Show" on YouTube, reacting to comments Auriemma made about controlling emotions on the sideline in a clip featuring him and Huskies men's coach Dan Hurley. He was impressed by how Auriemma never let his success get the best of him.

"When it comes to the word he used was 'anger,' that if you are too angry with players, you can cause them to shy away and lose their confidence," Lundberg said. "And I give him credit because this is a guy who's had tremendous success, which is going to build a level of rightful arrogance, but for him to not have the arrogance that makes him say it's my way or the highway and I can't adapt, is something commendable."
