LSU star Flau'jae Johnson has been named part of the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in the sports category. She joined a prestigious group, including NBA champion Jayson Tatum, WNBA assist leader and former Iowa star Caitlin Clark and the Cavinder twins, Haley and Hanna, in the class of 2025.
Johnson, 21, shared the accomplishment on Instagram and has received praise and congratulations from various personalities within and outside the sports world.
"Forbes 30 Under 30 ?! Nothing But Blessings From The Man Above. Thank you to @forbes and @forbes30under30 For Noticing The Hardwork!! BLESSED," she captioned the post, which included a photo of her Forbes feature.
Tennis legend Serena Williams' former coach Rennae Stubbs commented:
"Yes ma’am!"
Olivia Dunne, the star gymnast at LSU who boasts the highest social media following of any NCAA athlete at over 13.7 million, simply commented, "AY."

Flau’jae Johnson’s mom Kia Brooks took to Instagram to celebrate the Tigers' junior guard’s achievement.
"Congrats to @Flaujae you put in the work and to my little but mighty team. Just her Mom on the grind, master minding and adding all the pieces needed to my girl empire," Brooks captioned her post.
She also commented on Johnson’s celebratory Instagram post with a message.
"I couldn’t be more proud of you Flau. You are breaking generational curses and giving people hope and courage to go after their dreams entirely," Kia wrote.
Flau'jae Johnson helped Kim Mulkey’s Lady Tigers to national championship glory in 2023 as a freshman. She is having her best season yet this campaign, averaging 22.3 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game.
Off the court, she has gained a reputation as a rising young rapper who dropped her debut EP, "Best of Both Worlds," in June, featuring rap icon Lil Wayne.
Flau'jae Johnson is ranked No. 1 on the NIL valuation list for women’s college basketball players, with estimated deals totaling $1.5 million, per On3.
