The Duke Blue Devils made their way to Boston to take on the Boston College Eagles, and on their off-day, they watched some NBA action. College standouts such as Cooper Flagg, Isaiah Evans and others were in attendance for the Boston Celtics' home game against the Orlando Magic on Friday, Jan. 17. The defending NBA champions enjoyed a blowout home win, 121-94.
Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 30 points on 12-of-21 shooting. He was matched up with fellow All-Star Paolo Banchero, who dropped 21 points of his own to go with four rebounds and assists apiece.
Both of the stars are Duke Men's Basketball products, which is why the official Duke X account shared on Saturday postgame videos of the current crop of Blue Devils greeting them.

Fans took to X to share reactions to the interaction between the Blue Devils. A couple noted Banchero's seemingly huge height difference to Tatum.
"Paolo make JT look small as hell lmao," one user shared.
"G*d D*MN, Paulo looks big next to Tatum. He’s gonna be a problem. I mean…He’s already a problem but he’s gonna be a BIG problem soon," a user exclaimed.
"#BROTHERHOOD," another user replied.
Meanwhile, some were looking for a specific Duke alum who was absent from the mini-reunion.
"Wendell (Carter Jr.) hates us," one fan said with a crying emoji about Banchero's Orlando Magic teammate who also played for Duke.
"Where’s Wendell?," another wondered.
Another fan noted the presence of Amile Jefferson, an NCAA championship-winning former Duke forward who played for the Magic and is now an assistant coach for the Celtics.
"God, I miss @AmileJefferson," another fan expressed.
Tatum, who had a one-and-done stint for Duke in the 2016-2017 season, is listed at 6'8 while Banchero, who had his one year with the program in the 2021-2022 campaign, is listed at 6'10.
