The Cavinder twins — Haley and Hanna — stars of the Miami Hurricanes, have captured the hearts of fans worldwide with their endearing social media presence. The sisters frequently share glimpses into their lives off the court.
On Wednesday, the twins uploaded an image on their Instagram story offering a look at their Christmas morning prayer.
"Merry Christmas," the caption read with a heart emoji.
The image featured one of the Cavinder twins holding an open book with the chapter titled "Christmas Day Prayer."
"Hey God, This Christmas, I just want to tell You...Thank You. Life has not always gone according to plan. People came into my life, and people have left my life. My heart smiled, and my heart broke," the prayer begins.
Without rehashing the entire passage, the heartfelt prayer eloquently expresses gratitude for God's faithfulness, hope for the future and a commitment to walking with the Lord.
The post's background included a Christmas tree with lights on and some decorations, adding to the festive atmosphere.
On the next slide, a quote posted by BetterYouLiving's Instagram page was shared that read, "Christmas is all about Jesus."
Cavinder twins surprise their parents with a golf cart as Christmas gift
The Cavinder twins, Haley and Hanna, continued to tug at the heartstrings of their fanbase with another special moment. On Tuesday, they posted a video on their Instagram showing them surprising their parents with a Christmas gift.
The video opens with the sisters sharing the idea with their fans.
"If you guys didn't know, my parents moved to Florida about like two months ago, and it's Christmas time," they said. "Haley and I were trying to think of ideas for what to get them, and golf carts are a huge thing in South Florida, so we thought what's the best way to give them a gift for Christmas? A golf cart. So surprise them with a Cavinder Cruiser.
"We are about to surprise them. It's the holiday season and twinness is upon us. Hopefully, they love it."
Their other sister also joined in on the surprise, as they all went into the house to call and bring their parents outside. Their father, Tom Cavinder, walked out and the first thing he asked was, "Is it fast? You know I like fast cars."
Their mother, Katie, arrived with their dog, hopped onto the golf cart and took it for a spin. The all-black, four-seater golf cart features "Cavinder Cruiser" printed on the front and back.
