Miami Hurricanes women's basketball star Haley Cavinder showed love and support for her boyfriend, Jake Ferguson following the Dallas Cowboys' 30-14 win over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday's NFL matchup. Ferguson had two receptions on four targets for 23 yards.

Following the win, Cavinder posted a photo of Fegurson's Jersey on her Instagram story, with the caption:

"Big fan!!! @jakefer8. VICTORY MONDAYYYYYYY".

Cavinder and Ferguson began dating in October last year. Their relationship, which was compared to that of singer Taylor Swift and NFL star Travis Kelce, caught the attention of fans after the Cavinder twin sported Ferguson's No. 87 Cowboys jersey on social media.

Cavinder later revealed in a Q&A with her twin sister Hanna who is also dating a football athlete, that Ferguson DM'd her and they began a romantic relationship shortly after.

The Dallas Cowboys have endured a difficult season with a 5-8 record, and a series of injury woes. Dallas is particularly without starting quarterback Dak Prescot who is out due to a season-ending hamstring injury. Cooper Rush replaced Prescott but he continued to struggle with finding his receivers.

Jake Ferguson was singled out by fans as the reason why the Cowboys are struggling due to his romance with Haley Cavinder. Cavinder shared a series of images of herself with her boyfriend at the game against the Panthers which did not go down well with fans.

Fans took to the comment section to call her out, blaming her relationship with Ferguson for contributing to Dallas' poor form:

"Cowboys have a losing record since yall started dating…." one fan wrote.

"Yous are single-handedly taking Ferguson and beck outta their prime prematurely.. both have had lackluster seasons since being with the twins," another fan wrote.

Still, the Cowboys came off a heartbreaking loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday night to defeat Carolina. The next matchup will see the Cowboys hosting Tampa Bay next Sunday.
